"I went for an eye exam today but unfortunately I had an issue with my insurance/coverage and I didn’t get the eye exam. Although I didn’t get to meet Dr. Nancy, I am compelled to write a review because of how wonderful the office staff was while I was there. All the front desk staff and the tech are so nice, respectful and patient. Great experience from the time they took my appointment over the phone, to how I was treated while in the office, even though I didn’t get the eye exam during this visit."

"Roanoke Family Eye care got me in last minute (I believe over their lunch break) when something blew in my eye and I couldn’t get it out. Dr. Davis and staff were excellent!
"I just took my 13 year old daughter in to get an eye exam and her first contacts! The doctor was very thorough, kind, and extremely patient! My daughter took a while to learn how to take the contacts off and put back on and he sat with her for around 30 minutes helping her in the most patient and sweetest way! I am now going to schedule an appointment for my husband and plan on sending any of my other kids there that end up needing eye exams!"
